I came upon this while I was looking up muscle tightness and emotional stress, as it feels today and yesterday as if there's a tight ball in my calf, which felt like it popped like a rubberband today! So I've been limping around and wondering if it is stress and all the emotional hurt i've felt so often the past 6 months or so, really letting people's insults and misunderstandings of me get to me...and this blog post seemed to be explaining it exactly, even though it's talking about lower back muscles and not calf/leg muscles...but I was wondering, could you possibly give an example of in intentional melting action or thought? intergalactic holly hobbyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09108162720982419962noreply@blogger.com
