The movement is:
1. Legs together.
2. Squeeze.
3. Draw one side back.
4. Open legs.
6. Bring that side forward.

Repeat.

Sense and VISUALLY OBSERVE which direction is more difficult to bring the hip back. That’s the direction you lift and draw back with the Reciprocity movement, done sidelying (see link at the end).
